A relief liner that can be used to create three-dimensional lines and dots with on practically all lightly absorbent surfaces, including most textiles. The Effect Liners are highly suitable for creating attractive, smooth “pearls”. For an optimal 3D effect, hold the tip just above the surface and press the paint out smoothly. Drying time: 24 hours. For indoor use only. When applied on textile: wash the fabric without fabric softener before application. Washable at 40 °C. Available in 49 different colours and various effects, including pearlescent, shimmer, glitter and neon. Contents: 4 x 28 ml (8701-8702-8703-8700).
